Our matcha is ceremonial grade, meaning it’s made from the youngest, most tender leaves, giving it a vibrant color, smooth taste, and the highest nutrient content. Unlike regular green tea, you consume the whole leaf, so you get a higher concentration of antioxidants and nutrients.
It’s super simple! Add 1/2 teaspoon of matcha powder to a bowl or cup, pour in a splash of hot (but not boiling) water, and whisk until frothy. Then add more water or your favorite milk for a creamy matcha latte.
