Skincare diet: The 10 steps Korean skincare regime

Gone are the days of the 10 steps Korean skincare regime that had been trending and was believed to be the path to Flawless glass skin like the Koreans have.

Skincare diet is the new trend and I have all the reasons to love it!

So many products in the market you are bound to use more than you need actually and therefore you end with sensitive skin that is more vulnerable to the environmental factors causing damage to the skin. Without reading the labels we use too many exfoliants and acids (vit c, retinol ) which are great for you but if used a lot on a regular basis is not good. Bombarding your skin with many products is a recipe for irritated damaged skin.

Especially for people with Acne. And acne-prone skin. We are bound to stress when there is a breakout and tend to use multiple products at a time to make the acne go away I have done that too and it has left me with scars that took years to go away.

All the Korean pop stars have now stepped down to only 3 step routine. That is balancing cleanser toner and lotion( free of harsh ingredients and essential oils that can irritate the skin ) Spf of course in the daytime.

Skin detox -
