Three simple ways of pancake recipe.

Kefir - 400 ml Wheat flour - 150 g (can be replaced with a gluten-free mixture) Agave syrup or cane sugar - 1 tablespoon Salt - 1 pinch Baking soda - ¼ teaspoon Olive oil - 4 tablespoons and a little more to grease the pan

How to cook Combine all ingredients except flour and mix thoroughly. Sift flour into a bowl, knead the dough until smooth. Gently pour 80-100 ml of boiling water into it, continuing to knead to bring to the desired consistency. If you like thick pancakes, you need less water, and thin ones need more. Let the dough stand for 5-10 minutes and bake pancakes in a well-heated skillet. Vegan chocolate pancake Ingredients 1 ripe banana 1/2 cup almond milk 1 1/4th cup oat flour 2 tablespoon maple syrup 1/4 cup cocoa powder 1 tsp baking soda Chocolate chip (optional ) If you choose to make only Banana pancakes you can use the same recipe with whole wheat flour or almond flour without cocoa of course. Ripe banana Whole wheat flour ( or almond flour ) Almond milk and baking powder mix them in pancake batter consistency and put olive oil spray in pan or avocado oil spray and cook until light brown from both sides.
