Ingredients for the dosa batter
1 cup Urad Dal
3 cups of rice
Method
first, soak the rice and dal for at least 2 hours
then blend both in the blender
keep the mixture somewhere warm covered for at least 3 hours
add salt and cook until crisp and brown in avocado or olive oil spray
Filling
Avocado is great and tastes delicious with this
I also added arugula leaves with vegan jack cheese
cherry tomatoes
you can load it up with spinach and some goat cheese too
It is so filling and so delicious perfect for the Sunday brunches.
