Yes. The initial 30 minute consultation is free of charge. In person or Virtual whatever preferred we are based in Delhi

What are the pricing of the programs ?

Pricing is always mentioned at the end of your initial consultation. Varies on the type of program you go for and your requirements

I feel the symptoms , but not sure what I have can you help ?

Yes! Of course we can help, will go over any chronic symptoms that you have. Please keep in mind we never diagnose or treat. You will have to see a doctor for diagnosis. Pratishtha will be there as guide and provide you with all the information in regards to your health and wellness goals.

Do you take international clients ?

Yes, Pratishtha is licensed to take up clients all over the world.

If I schedule a consult am I automatically a client?

No, during the consultation we go through the expectations and goals and decide if we are good match.

I hate being on a strict diet, but still want to heal myself and feel better?

Pratishtha's main clientele has mostly always been millennials and younger age group the wellness plan will be completely bio-individual to one's lifestyle needs.
